Privacy Policy — Conector Autcom
Dohko Technology respects its users' privacy and is committed to protecting personal data under the Brazilian LGPD.
1. What the application reads and writes
Conector Autcom reads orders or quotes and the store list from the customer's Autcom API. In Bitrix24, it creates contacts and deals, reads pipelines, stages and users (for routing) and, on installation, creates the deal fields it needs when they do not exist.
2. Data we store
For each card created, we keep the Autcom document that originated it (customer, items, amounts, payment) so it can be viewed in the deal tab and dashboard. We also keep the portal ID and domain, the installing user, salespeople seen in documents, routing rules and a log of queries (90 days).
3. Credentials
The Autcom API password or token and the Bitrix24 OAuth tokens are encrypted on the server and never sent back to the screen. Bitrix24 tokens are deleted when the application is uninstalled.
4. Security
Communication with Bitrix24 uses HTTPS. The dashboard and settings are restricted to Bitrix24 administrators; in the tab, each user only sees the document of the deal they can open.
5. Deletion
Stored documents can be deleted on request through support: (11) 4293-0188. Contacts and deals created in your CRM remain there.
