1. Service

Conector Autcom, by Dohko Technology, reads the customer's Autcom (Citel) order API and creates a Bitrix24 CRM deal for each order or quote, according to the contracted option, in the pipeline chosen by the administrator.

2. Activation and license

Use depends on activation by Dohko. The license is valid for the period set in the contract. Expired or paused licenses stop the import until renewal.

3. Access

The dashboard and settings are restricted to Bitrix24 administrators. The deal tab is available according to the access agreed with the customer.

4. Responsibilities

The customer provides the Autcom API address and credentials and is responsible for reviewing imported data. Availability of the Autcom API is the responsibility of the customer and its vendor.
